Where I am

I am an applied mathematician interested in quantitative modeling of biological systems, in particular the dynamics of protein structures. Currently I am a lecturer at the University of Chicago in the Biological Sciences Collegiate Division, where I am developing and teaching a year-long course on Mathematical Methods for Biological Sciences. I also work with Benoit Roux's group on computational prediction of transition pathways.

Where I've been

Where I'm going

Developing methodology and materials for mathematical and computational education of biologists and other non-mathematicians interested in learning quantitative skills. Directing undegraduate research projects in computational biology and mathematical modeling.
